Created with the "Local Style" flavor of Hawaii in mind, this spice is perfect for seafood or meat Pan seared or cooked over a flame BBQ. A great seasoning salt with a bite and a lot of subtle flavors of of the Islands that will suprise your taste buds. If you like it spicy and exciting this is it!!! Excellent for seasoning anything from potatoes, to lobster, or noodles---Try two tablespoons of Hawaiian Style in 4 oz. of hot water to create a chili sauce to sprinkle on your meal at the table.

JAWAIIAN BLEND
(Pacific and Caribbean "Jerk Style" Spice Blend)
Jawaiian Style spice blend is a medium hot spicy blend of exotic island spices with a touch of Hawaiian Cane Sugar to give it a perfect balance of flavor. Extremely flavorful when used as a rub on chicken or pork and slow roasted on a BBQ or even slow cooked in the oven or in a skillet. Also an exiting addition to shrimp, lobster, potatoes corn on the cob. Perfect when served with rice, black beans and a baked banana or fruit chutney.

SEZCHWAN BLEND
FORMERLY CALLED (MAUI BBQ BLEND)
A unique blend of Szechwan peppercorns, orange zest, star anise, and "Mild" Indian curry. Rub on chicken, fish, pork, steaks, or chops before cooking (bake, fry, grill)on medium heat or 325 degree oven----Also great in any type of stir fry, tofu, fried rice or shake on potatoes, eggs, vegetables, etc. at the table.
